Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery time varies by location but typically arrives within 2–7 business days.
Q: My package was returned because I forgot to include my apartment number. What should I do?
A: We totally understand — it happens! If your package is returned due to an incomplete address, we’ll contact you and offer to reship it. A reshipping fee will apply.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
A: At this time, we do not offer delivery or shipping, but local pickup only for certain products are available. please contact us prior to online purchase to be certain. However, we ship within the U.S. and ensure every order is packed with care.

Q: Do you accept new clients for short hair services?
A: Yes, but spaces are limited! I specialize in pixie cuts and short hair transformations. Visit the Book Now page to see current availability of virtual or in-person consultations for first-time clients.
Q: What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
A: Life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Q: What should I do before my short hair appointment?
A: Come with clean, dry hair and be ready for a transformation! If you have photos of your desired look, bring them — but we’ll also discuss what suits your face shape and lifestyle best.
